Rashid returns to his village, but his mother's death uncovers a new mystery for him. At the same time, Laila, his father's maid, becomes possessed.

In their quest to uncover the truth, Rashid and Mira meet Kalsom, who is being disturbed by an entity pretending to be her husband.

The arrival of Miss Brown unsettles Johar. She wants something from him, and Johar is determined to keep his secret from Rashid. Meanwhile, Rashid’s investigation finally leads him to the true master of Ummu Sibyan

Suraya, Ramlee’s daughter, is kidnapped by a group of criminals who want to threaten Mr. Foo, Johar’s business partner.

While serving his sentence at the Henry Gurney school, Rashid meets Cikgu Dan. The two join forces to defeat the jinn that has accidentally escaped from its 'prison' and is now disturbing the students there.

Cikgu Dan comes to Rashid’s village to help him, after Rashid becomes convinced that someone there is the 'master' of an Ifrit jinn. However, his investigation leads him to a painful revelation.

Johar, Foo, and another friend are in a military platoon fighting against the Japanese army. While escaping capture, Johar and his friends encounter an ifrit who offers to help them.

Ramlee, still longing for Laila, tries to bring her back to life. Meanwhile, Mira has been captured by Johar for a sacrificial ritual for the ifrit, and Rashid is desperately trying to save Laila.

The Ifrit tries to tempt Rashid into worshipping it. Mira and Cikgu Dan are still trying to bring Rashid back to his senses, but Rashid must overcome his inner conflict in order to defeat the ifrit.

Rashid, a young traditional healer, returns to his village after seven years away when his mother dies. He teams up with Mira, a village doctor, to uncover dark secrets in the village.
