Season 1

Tiny receives notice that his bar will close unless he pays $17,000 and his customers rally around him; meanwhile Jay's hazing practices start to raise red flags.

Alan deals with his Women's Lit class while a plan to save Tiny's Place is approved. Across campus, Natalie learns that her sister is getting married while Sarah is forced to choose between Danny and Mindy.

Jay's hazing practices are brought to an abrupt end by a visit from Gamma Pi Omicron National Council, while Liz lies to cover for Mindy's discretion. Unfortunately, Liz's little white lie causes big problems for Danny, Sarah and Joe.

Sarah doesn't know what happened to her roommate and is trying to find out. Across campus, Jay is getting a taste of his own medicine from Pete while the Kappa Psi Psi sisters get ready for the Gamma Fair.

Liz and the Kappa Psi Psi prepare for the Gamma Fair to raise money for Tiny's Place. Liz received the T-shirts she ordered to sell to raise money. The Gamma brothers are busy, too, even with Pete underfoot. Joe and Danny give Pete a task that is a little too much for him to handle. Meanwhile, across campus, Alan has inspired Anna in his Women's Lit class to change her appearance in hopes of catching a guy like Alan. A half-naked photo of Alan gets passed around the class, causing Alan both pride and grief. Professor Presser is not impressed.

The Gamma Pi Omicron Brothers take their pledges on retreat while Pete recuperates at the Gamma House. Back on campus, Sarah begins a friendship with Jordan while Allison convinces the Resident Director to give her what she wants.

The pledges in Campus Greek Life are initiated, including for Gamma Pi Omicron fraternity and Kappa Psi Psi sorority. Meanwhile, Sarah and Jordan get closer.

Deedee faces more trouble at Tiny's Place, but Pete steps in to help. Danny meets Jordan and feels a little insecure, until he realizes that Jordan only wants to be Sarah's friend while helping her move.

It's the day of the Gamma Fair, but Sarah doesn't want to go. Bundy rescues Kappa Psi Psi's bachelorette auction, but pays for it later.

Pete and DeeDee have an announcement for the Gamma brothers. Across campus, Sarah struggles with her new living situation.

It's the night of the Gamma Christmas Mixer. Sarah tries to surprise Danny, but isn't let in to the party and can't be found. Her friends search for her, only to have one person get attacked.

Most leave for break, while a few stay behind. Rick is pushed to his breaking point and flips out on Allison.
