Mark Calaway

Mark William Calaway, better known by his ring name The Undertaker, is an American retired professional wrestler currently signed to World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) under a legends contract. One of the most recognizable figures in professional wrestling history, his 30-year tenure with WWE—formerly the World Wrestling Federation (WWF)—is the longest uninterrupted run of any wrestler in the company’s history. Upon his retirement in 2020, he became the last active performer to have appeared on the inaugural episode of WWF Monday Night Raw in 1993. Calaway began his wrestling career in 1984 with World Class Championship Wrestling (WCCW) before moving to World Championship Wrestling (WCW) in 1989 under the name “Mean” Mark Callous. After WCW declined to renew his contract in 1990, he signed with the WWF.
